Delivery Information
At Native Foodies, we take great care to deliver your favorite traditional sweets, snacks, and natural products fresh and on time.
Tamil Nadu: Orders are delivered within 24–48 hours.
Other Indian States: Delivery within 3–4 working days.
International Orders: Delivery within 5–7 business days.
Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service availability. If delivery is not available to your doorstep, our courier partner will inform you to collect your order from the nearest local hub.
All our products are packed carefully to preserve freshness and quality during transit. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor the status of your delivery.
Return & Replacement Policy
Since our products are perishable and handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is delivered. However, we ensure your complete satisfaction with our service.
You may request a replacement or refund only in the following cases:
You received the wrong item.
The product was damaged during transit.
The package was tampered with or missing items upon delivery.
To process a replacement:

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before shipment only. Once shipped, cancellations or changes are not possible.
