At Nativefoodies.com, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with the quality or taste of our products, we offer a full refund for the item under the following terms:

How to Request a Refund

If you’re unsatisfied with your order, we’re happy to refund the amount. Simply return the unused item with its original tags within 24 hours of delivery.

Note: We currently do not offer reverse pickup. You will need to self-ship the item using a reliable local courier. We will reimburse your shipping cost with a Nativefoodies discount voucher, up to a maximum of ₹100. Be sure to include your invoice number on the address label.

Refund Process

  • A refund or discount voucher will be issued once we receive the returned product at our warehouse.
  • Refunds may take up to 15 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

If you did not receive your order within:

  • 15 business days within Tamil Nadu, or
  • 20 business days outside Tamil Nadu,
    you are eligible for a full refund.

Before claiming a refund for undelivered orders, please contact your local courier hub to inquire about the status of your shipment.

Important Guidelines

  • You can return an entire order or individual items from the same order.
  • Use separate packets for items from different orders.
  • Ensure the packet is properly sealed before handing it over to the courier.

Exclusions

We cannot process refunds under the following conditions:

  • If the mobile number provided is unreachable or switched off.
  • Due to buyer unavailability, wrong address, or if the item is still marked as “in transit” or “shipped.”

Once the product is received, the refund will be initiated within 1 business day.
